How to make a return

1. Open the returns portal and enter your order number and the email used for the purchase. If you have an account, you will find the “Return items” button right in the order, with your details already filled in.
2. Choose the items you are returning and what you would prefer: a refund, a voucher to spend on the site, or an exchange for another size or colour.
3. Get your shipping label: pack the items and drop the parcel off at the point shown by the portal. No form is needed.
4. Once the items have arrived and we have checked them, we refund you or ship your exchange. You can follow every step in the portal and by email.

What it costs

Return shipping is at your expense, whatever you choose: with a refund or a voucher it is deducted from the amount, with an exchange you pay it in the portal when you confirm the request.

Good to know

• Items must be returned intact, unworn and unwashed, with tags, labels and original packaging.
• We refund the sums received, including standard delivery costs, once we have received and checked the items. If the original payment method does not accept refunds, we refund you by bank transfer.
• If you return only part of an order, the initial delivery costs are not refunded.
• Exchanges depend on availability: the portal only shows the sizes and colours we can ship to you.

Withdrawing without the portal

The portal is the simplest way, not the only one: you can exercise your right of withdrawal with any explicit statement sent within 14 days of delivery to [email protected] or to the certified email [email protected], including the model withdrawal form in the Terms.
