What each status means
Received
We have taken charge of the order and are checking the payment.
Being prepared
The item is in the warehouse, checked and packed. Usually within 1–2 working days.
Dispatched
The parcel has left. Here you find the courier and the code to follow it step by step.
Delivered
The courier has delivered. From here you have 14 days to withdraw.
The tracking code appears when the parcel leaves: until then the order shows as being prepared. If something does not add up, write to us.
