Men's clothing: coats, jackets, shearling and knitwear
Helmur designs essential, well-made men’s clothing: clean lines and fabrics chosen to last, for the office as well as for weekends. The collection is organised into four families that are made to go together.
Coats and jackets
Our men’s coats are made in wool and cashmere, from the elegant long coat to short, unlined styles for the start of the season. Our men’s jackets are the largest part of the collection: padded jackets with the line of a classic blazer, puffer jackets for the cold, overshirts and gilets for in-between seasons, bomber jackets and water-resistant pieces for the rain.
Shearling and knitwear
Our men’s fur coats are faux shearling bomber jackets, warm and soft, with no animal skin. Our men’s knitwear includes crew-neck jumpers and roll-necks in wool and merino wool, from fine layering knits to chunky ones for the colder months.
How to choose
For the office, start from a wool and cashmere coat or a padded jacket with a classic line, over a fine roll-neck. For the city and weekends, a technical wool jacket or an overshirt is more practical; for rainy days, go for the water-resistant styles. Navy, black, charcoal and shades of brown and olive go together and with the knitwear.
